Pilates Mat classes

Pilates mat classes are perhaps seen as the holy grail of Pilates! Just your body and the mat (and the occasional small prop like hand weights or the magic circle) moving through the Pilates repertoire. A fantastic workout for “the core”, helping you gain strength, mobility and an awareness of what your body is capable of.  Whether you are starting as a beginner and need to learn the basics or are a Pilates pro, Pilates mat classes are a great workout.
