Pilates Mat classes

Pilates mat classes are perhaps seen as the holy grail of Pilates! Just your body and the mat (and the occasional small prop like hand weights or the magic circle) moving through the Pilates repertoire.

 

Pilates Reformer classes

The popular reformer classes are held on a piece of equipment called, you guessed it, the reformer. This machine is a little like the frame of a bed, but with a moving carriage attached to springs and pulleys. 

 

Private 1:1 tuition

These sessions are fully tailored to your needs and fitness goals and available at all studios. Great for those who want to really get the most out of each session, with focused attention and a time that works for your diary.

 
 
 

About Michelle

Hi, I’m Michelle. I started teaching Pilates in 2017, after completing the rigorous training with the world recognized STOTT Pilates. But my experience with Pilates started much earlier, when I went to my first day of dance college in London in 2003 and our ballet teacher would start each day with Pilates exercises to prepare and strengthen the body.
