About Michelle
Hi, I’m Michelle. I started teaching Pilates in 2017, after completing the rigorous training with the world recognized STOTT Pilates. But my experience with Pilates started much earlier, when I went to my first day of dance college in London in 2003 and our ballet teacher would start each day with Pilates exercises to prepare and strengthen the body.
